Jen trains women of all ages and fitness levels. Do you want to look amazing for your wedding? Did you just have a baby and want to get back into shape? Are you struggling with a health and or fitness related challenge? Jen has worked with all different types of client needs and will help you meet your goals.

Based on personal needs and objectives, Jen uses a training regimen designed specifically for the client starting with a first-day assessment to gauge current health status. The client's body will undergo a true physical challenge, all the while practicing proper nutrition and recovery, until receiving the desired results. This process is performed through a series of one-on-one training sessions, ultimately achieving better body composition, and an improved sense of self-awareness and balance. Not to mention, more confidence and a strong, healthy body.

(Children are welcome. They may bring a movie to watch or toys to keep them busy while mom trains.)

Unable to train at Jen's home gym, located in Canal Winchester? Not a problem. She will travel to you. Rate depends on where client lives.





Jen not only offers workouts intermixed with cardio, strength training, and core work but also offers something she likes to call "Trail Training." Jen's home gym, located in Canal Winchester, is two miles from Slate Run Park. Slate Run offers several trails, excellent for running, jogging, walking, and building up endurance on hills. Jen will run or walk right beside you as you workout on these stunning trails. Many other exercises will be incorporated such as lunges, squats, push-ups, and tricep dips. Think of Jen's trail training as a one-on-one boot camp in the beautiful outdoors. Only want to do 30 minutes on the trail and head back to Jen's home gym to lift weights and work on core? Not a problem! Jen can change up the trail training routine to fit your needs.
